権威あるPGA（プロフェッショナル ゴルファーズ アソシエーション）クラブメンバーの父を持ち、4才でゴルフを始め、9才には人生初のホールインワンを決めた経歴を持つスクイッド ミッチェル。彼自身もPGA(米国)のトップクラスメンバーであり、ゴルフが彼の人生の中で重要なものになる事は幼い頃から確信していました。
アリゾナ州立大学を卒業後、ゴルフへの情熱とともに世界へ旅立ちました。米国、ニュージーランドでクラブプロとして活躍した後、日本、韓国、米国、ニュージーランドでプロゴルフコーチとして初心者からツアープロまで、あらゆるレベルのゴルファーに指導してきました。ニュージーランドに移住した2年後の1997年、彼はあらゆる人にゴルフを指導していくことに最大のやりがいを感じフルタイムのゴルフインストラクターとしての道を歩むことを決心しました。国際的な経験を持ち、親しみやすく根気強い人柄のスクイッドは世界中で多くの人々に高い技術とゴルフの楽しさを指導してきました。次は皆さんとすばらしい経験を分かち合いたいと思っています。

About Squid Mitchell:
With his father a respected PGA Club Professional, Squid Mitchell began playing golf at the age of 4 and had his first hole in one by the age of 9. Squid, a Class A Member of the PGA of America, knew then that golf would always be an important part of his life.
Upon graduation from Arizona State University Squid took his passions for golf and travel out into the world. He has worked professionally as a Club Pro in America and New Zealand. Squid has also coached professionally in Japan, South Korea, America, and New Zealand working with all skill levels from beginners to Tour Professionals. In 1997, two years after he immigrated to New Zealand, he made the commitment to become a fulltime instructor for this is where he finds golf's greatest rewards. With his international experience, friendly, clear and patient style, Squid has helped to create many happy and skilled golfers throughout the world and now hopes to share his expertise with you.
